The court case did nothing for the illegal way the votes were counted. It simply handed the election to Bush. Gore could have appealed it, but then were right back to the same court which would have likely found for Bush. Not to mention the time is of the essence ramifications. Thus the election was stolen by Bush, and yes he is the President. But he is not the President that the people wanted. That is clear, both in Florida and Nationwide. He was not elected, he was selected. Orca
