I expect industrial sluggishness generally
but financial crisis instead specifically
so tough price demand on copper
and extreme price demand on gold

an interesting byproduct twist effect is coming
weak copper demand will keep some CIOG mines closed
so the gold byproduct will not be in flush supply
real nasty cross-current

so go with gold

the increased level of CNBC talk is nice, but dont worry one bit
I watch these guys like a hawk
they have predominantly subtle ugly disrespect for gold
when interviews come, then deliver insult question lobs
usually the questions begin with "but ..."
they have been truly consistent for many many months
I read people, I read facial expressions, I read tone of speech

they talk down to gold like arrogant parents do to a struggling brilliant artist son whose future is far brighter than any of the other conventional children

when Wall Street brokerage houses sign contracts for secondary stock share issuance, then the tide will have turned
we are at least 18 months away from that

p.s. CIOG = copper iron oxide gold
