Vermont is a small rural-leisure time state with no crime, no industry (so no jobs loss), no minorities, no cities, no pollution, basically no real problems. Being Governor there is probably the easiest governor's job in the country. It's practically a utopia. They never have any crises there. The new GOP governor is doing just as well as Dean did there even during these tough times. Why? Because it's Vermont. There is literally no place like it in the US.
