If you post from the 7-2 part of the Supreme Court decision, you will prove my case.


It looks like the reasoning that Scalia used to jerk the election was rejected upon review for the California recall. If the votes in Florida had been recounted then President Gore would not have us stuck in depression, bancrupcy, and a losing war.

It was the Republican Florida State legislature which set up the defective system of recounting in the first place.
