Dig a little deeper.......he is making his friends rich thru the rebuilding of Iraq.....Cheney's company gets the contract to rebuild the country......contract was not put out to bid but was "awarded" to Brown & Root, subsidiary of Haliburton. The Bush administration think the electorate is "STUPID", and that is the ultimate insult.
