If you think think the 70+% fall of the NASDAQ under Clinton makes the tech job losses, etc., which ensued for another two years Bush's fault, you are hallucinating. It ain't funny, honey.

Like a Democrat is going to point out the reality of what Clinton helplessly watched happen to the NASDAQ.
