There is nothing fair about Bush.....he's too stupid to be fair and his cronies too greedy! I high class response. The nature of the response is because his statements are absurd. There has been little fairness in this administration. Bush acts as if the 2000 election gave him a clear mandate.......it did not. The few crumbs he's thrown out to his non constituency aren't worth discussing too deeply, and are more than offset by the other things he has done to please HIS constituency.........like changes to the EPA and Iraq and Affirmative Action etc.Bush pissed off a lot of his base with those moves, Its hardly surprising to me.....his base is still somewhere back in mid 20th century. They're still fighting the pinko scare. and they were definitely catering to the Dem position...they were basically Dem bills. How could you not see him as being fair? You think helping the farmers and dealing with educational issues are only Dem. issues? Do you guys not eat? Are you all home schooled? Seriously, I don't know what you guys want....no gov't but a big army?!! If you think helping the farmers made liberals all warm and fuzzy, you're nuts.....seriously, certifiable! Having said that, we should all be concerned about the independent farmer....they are a dying breed. Soon we will be left with only corporate farmers and God knows what will be the make up of our food then.Oh, I know...you hate him that much. No, I hate Americans for electing him into office. He is a non descript, barely intelligent mouthpiece for the GOP. We have over 260 million people and this is the best we can do. Look, I am the first to admit that I am not going to be all that excited if a conservative conservative gets elected into office although I did vote for Bush I. I could handle someone like Bush I.....his policies basically made sense to me. In contrast, his son is the village idiot. Very little he does makes sense to me and when he gets all religious, my skin crawls. Teddy took what he could get, and the knife came out as soon as Bush's back was turned. Typical. Oh, spare me the drama! It is beyond my understanding how you can ignore the distortions and the lies that this president and his colleagues have put out to get us into war. I am p*ssed it took Kennedy so long to open his mouth. Mark my words......ultimately, the Bush administration will pay for its hubris and mendacity. I am convinced we are seeing only the tip of their deception and more will come out. ted
