No, I don't live in CA. I am sure he will not have the capability to "starve the govt" as much as he would want to, with legislature being a check & balance. He is going to be better than Arnold or Bustamante. I am going more from personality perspective: he is measured, calm, articulated his remedies and from what I hear, a man of integrity. I have no clue why Republicans have been going ga ga over Arnold (who comes accross as unbelievable and too vague) Besides all you Californians need some strong medicine ;-)
