The name escapes me, but I seem to recall that a recent president had previously been elected governor of a small southern state at a very early age. <gg>

I can't think of two people who could be more different than Jindal and Clinton. Jindal is the epitome of a straight arrow; you'll never smell a hint of scandal around him. We all know about Clinton.

Here are a couple of in-depth articles about Jindal, one written when he was 25 and had taken over the La. Dep't of Health and Hospitals, a State agency that was rife with waste and fraud. At one point, it was a $800 million black hole in the state budget. He left it two years later with a $200 million surplus. The other is more recent, focusing on the present campaign.
