Rumsfield, Cheney and Rice recanted on claims of Al Qaida tied and nuclear bombs. Bush may not have recanted yet, but that only means he continues lying about it. There are no Al Qaida ties. Except for a few seeking medical help and some backward tribe up on the Iranian border, there were no Al Qaida in Iraq at all, and no evidence they had anything to do with Saddam or vice versa.
