Most of the people that Saddam killed, were during the Clinton Administration - when by his own count (Saddam's), 2 million people were starved to death. No, I don't place any blame on President Clinton for those deaths - though I believe that OBL does.

OBL's reason for attacking the United States, was U.S. troops stationed in Saudi Arabia and their enforcement of UN Sanctions and the no fly zone.
