I take you realize we can't disprove what we know, and so I repeat, if that's the case, of course "never."

None of that is out of bounds, its just that given what we did know, we had reason enough to go into Iraq even if we knew there were large elements of truth in what you suggest. If you, as you probably have said here like so many others, believe Saddam represented no threat to us worth squashing, I'll suggest you are naive and in the minority.
