So Cheney gets a 9 million tax write-off. Even if he does give it to charity (which we dont know if he ever will) he gets about 4 million worth of tax write-offs to coubnter-balance the windfalls he's going to make when he gets out of office. Either way it's criminal and it stinks to high hell.
