I didn't say that nobody got reparations. It's been in the news over the past two years. Some of it was because of problems tracing and reluctance to part with money. There were unclaimed insurance policies. Very difficult to prove someone's death without a body and no individual witnesses in mass murder. Also hundreds of millions in stolen gold, jewels, art, religious artifacts, paintings. Bank accounts still being challenged. If you are really interested, check it out. There are all types of issues and lots of info.
