I can't believe how much hooey is in that article which I could write about. That's not to mention that it doesn't back up your assertion that Bush has already cost charities 10 billion a year. The article just claims that IF the estate tax were repealed AND Bush's Charitable Giving TAx Relief Act were passed, there'd be a one billion wash for charities, between the two(which I have to believe is a flawed anlaysis at that).
