BuyMusic.com has me confused. It's a subsidiaryof BuyServices which was founded in January of 2002. BuyServices is privately held and funded by Buy.com founder Scott Blum. I don't see this surviving as an independent entity unless it finds a profitable niche. Pricing is going to get ugly. My biggest question is how big is the "f-ck Microsoft" element going to be? It is the big gorilla, but proprietary file formats in an industry with a heavy yearning to cross-platform compatibility will be a negative
