But, having said that, the story and the acting are about as powerful as I've ever seen on TV. You can imagine what I think of the "West Wing" Liberalism. But the writing is so top notch that I watch it anyway. I had never watched it before, and got hooked when Bravo started showing four shows a week, starting from the first one, this summer. Like all of these type of shows, it is "Soap." But, like "Hill Street Blues," and "NYPD Blue," it moves at a very fast pace and holds your interest.
