Are you at breakeven? Doubtful. <<<<

I wonder how you can know that.

If you mean the value of my shares, they have more than doubled.

I bought my first large batch October 2, 2002, at 70 cents.

I bought more on december 10, 2002 for 82 cents.

The stock is currently quoted in my account at $1.64

The appreciation of the Canadian dollar, as I expected it would, has also helped.

All quotes in US dollars.

I think the quote on Greystar in my account is too high. It is probably a pink sheets quote from a few days ago.

A more accurate estimate would be about US$1.54. That is still about double the average price I paid.

I think I will sit tight on my gold investments, which seem to me about the right percentage for insurance. The Tice funds also have lots of gold. For anyone else, Dundee Precious Metals gets my highest recommendation--a closed end, at a discount, offering diversification among smaller miners.

Have you ever gone over their list of holdings to decide if their choices are good? (Scroll down--or call up the PDF file on the button):
