We would have gone to the UN and done nothing without their permission. We would still be negotiating the release of Bin Laden to us from the Taliban. Meanwhile, we would be having "encounter" sessions in this country to explore the roots of what we "did wrong" that caused the Muslims to hate us.

What if Gore had actually succeeded in the attempted hijacking of the election...Would we have gone to War in Afghanistan or Iraq? Would we have formed a Homeland Security Department? Would we have experienced another, or more, 9-11 type attacks...?

My answer? Who the hell knows... :o)
