I'm not going to try to explain further to those who are dense. Suffice it to say once you decide to "pay" those debts, you simultaneously negotiate them down to nothing, while telling Americans how you have to raise those funds, while pumping oil revenues into your controlled "trust" fund, which you keep from UN or anyone else's prying hands. You won't understand this, but once you have a flow of cash and reasons to make a mystery of where it's going, it automatically goes into the pockets of who controls it, if they can prevent honest and thorough auditing, either through lying with "classified military" excuse to the American people, or killing UN observers. The flow of cash is oil contracts for the next 20 years, American taxpayer money, and World Bank. The control is all purely the people that call themselves, "The Cabal".
