Saddam was a bad guy, but not as threatening as the Bushies made him out to be. A threat to his own people more than anything, at least some of them. But most of those mass graves are very old, from back in the 80's and some from the early 90's. The Iran-Iraq war was very-very bloody.

I have no argument in general taking out Saddam, but the timing, the false intel, the exaggerations, the poor diplomacy, the unilaterialism and most of all the poor post-war planning takes this administration not fit to lead anymore. They certainly dont deserve a second chance in 2004, especially when you consider their economy.
