Yes, which is incredible.

I do believe even the lesser lights in intel are getting restless.

They're better than, but similar to local police, 80% of whom are decent folk, 15% don't care and won't talk, and 5% are vicious criminals who would kill anybody for self-enrichment if they thought they could get away with it.
