Subject: Hey Mega Loser .........D. Johnson (A.K.A. the "Osprey")
You are just such a schmuck.... a perfect dough head.

You and I both know that this POS was nothing but a pump and dump conceived and orchestrated by JM, LM, KM, WM, RB,and entourage.

You should be aware that the regulatory authorities have all of you on their "radar".

If you escape this one unscathed (time will tell), good luck promoting POS's in the future. Your days are clearly numbered.

Abe

The Lingman Lake Ontario acquisition

The Lingman Lake gold belt appears to dominate the local greenstone pile located 200 miles north of the world-class gold belt at Red Lake, Ontario. The Lingman property is comprised of four patented mining claims, which include the surface and mineral rights.

Previous work included 105,539 feet of diamond drilling (to a vertical depth of only 400 feet). A three compartment vertical shaft was sunk to 430 feet and extensive underground drifting followed which solidified the resource identified. A bulk sample yielded a gold grade of 0.452 ounces. Lingman gold belt has open extensions; lateral extensions appear to correspond to the areas of identified IP anomalies. The defined resources are 1,700,000 tons broken down into 400,000 tons grading 0.4 ounces (i.e. 160,000 ounces of gold) and the remaining 1,300,000 tons grading 0.3 ounces (i.e. 390,000 ounces of gold). A surface stockpile of 50,000 tons grades 0.4 ounces (i.e. 20,000 ounces of gold).

As mentioned by the Canadian Energy, Mines and Resources Inventory Section (internal report MRI 80/7) the Lingman was considered economic at lower grade gold at a rate of 300 tons per day.
