A bunch of BS in your post?? First of all, where is Tom Brokow? You cite Jennings and Rather but not Brokaw...this has become common for RWer's...why? Secondly and the reason I respond ....the high temperature's commonly reported for Iraq don't seem to coincide with official records...136 degrees!! The Western hemisphere's highest recorded temperature is 134 degrees in Death Valley in 1913. The World's highest recorded temperature was 136 degrees in Libya in 1922. How about a link to your data?????
