Bush and Cheney will only embarrass themselves further by firing someone. I am certain that this is also part of the Democratic strategy to embarrass the Bush administration further and lower their ratings further. The Dems, however, will need to continue to find new problems with Bush as the old problems (such as WMD) are already old and stale.

It will be very interesting to see what happens with this investigation. Clearly, the 'source' is known to some, and should be easy to find. If this administration does nothing, they'll be seen tolerant of both incompetence and lawlessness. I cannot believe that there will not be at least one fall guy...
