It has been shown on Siggraph 2003 (http://www.siggraph.org/s2003/), and got very good comment. And this technology how to make animated film by using the traditional Chinese water painting techniques is still a top national secret, believe it or not. And after you watch that clip, you will know this type of animated film is quite different from Disney type.
