nothing would make me happier than to see a few CEO's "offshored". It is important to note though, that Oracle ended up offshoring their market (although they don't admit to it) and I think some management around here have taken note. So there is a limit to this. If oracle is selling a new license today, chances are that user is in India. How much money does oracle get for an Indian license- my guess, a few hundred per year max. Anyone can see we are not getting the quality out of this management model that we used to get here.
