Good point, though I'm arguing from the assumption that everything Huffington did was legal and ethical.

That's what separates the truly rich from the "merely rich": the ability to rearrange your finances in order to take maximum advantage of every tax loophole available. Funny how recent reports are saying that the gap between "rich" and "poor" is growing, because as a labeled member of the "rich," I sure don't feel any richer. (Especially now that I'm married. <G>)

You may be right but that's a dangerous risk to take when you are a public figure. You all are forgetting that A. Huffington did not earn her millions. She got them when she divorced her rich husband.
