You know, I don't usually take the trouble to respond to securities lawsuits, but I have to laugh. Friday I recieved a piece of garbage from Gilardi and Co. They probably repr. the "Class" against Enron and Ken Lay. Anyway, I peeked at it today. Looks like I had to have a counsel of my own put in appearance on my behalf by Sept. 24rth if I did not wish to use them. Additionlly, it seems in order to exclude myself from their class I had to give them notice by Sept. 26th (that same Friday I recieved the notice). I see they do blame Citigroup for "just" providing them with my address. what a mess our markets are in. they are a bunch of crooks I tell ya! Guess I would still vote for Spitzer to head the NYSE instead of someone who probably owns a bunch of Citi stock. tim PS I sold ene at $40 and above so I may not have been eligible to start however.
