Hey, BrainDead! Felonies are defined by class (type). Try to not be such an idiot in public (everyone KNOWS one cannot step into a river at the exact same place. Never-the-less, first degree murder is first degree murder, and revealing classified information or revealing the classified identity of a US Intelligence Agent - the two alleged crimes in play here - are both felonies).... Furthermore, the premise of the article you posted (that it was 'OK' to reveal such classified information because someone, somewhere already maybe knew it) is directly contradicted by the language of the law. It expressly states that it is a first degree felony to reveal the undercover identity of a US Intelligence asset - regardless of who may or may not have already known that information!
