Except that the military ballots were counted whether they were post marked before or after the election day. I'm not saying that these votes should not be counted any less than the 3,000 votes that went for Buchanan that should have been cast for Gore. And this does not even begin to address the 60,000 black voters that were barred from voting. I'm not talking about how Harris counted and certified the votes. If she would have counted the military votes according to the law, Gore would be president. If the voice of the people was heard in Florida, Gore would be the president. But the voice of the people was muted, and the hand of the Bush machine in Florida prevailed. Simple as that. Bush is not the peoples choice. He is the president. Orca
