No the democrats took no exception to military ballots, though there were exceptions to the law in their being counted. The Law was stretched to accommodate these voters, while blacks were removed from the rolls, and butterfly ballots stole 3,000 votes from Gore on top of that.

Who's ballot is more significant? The military ballot that was counted after the postmark dead line, or the retired military veteran in Palm Beach, who's vote went to Buchanan?

They both should have counted, and Gore should have won.
