LOL. Poor Solon won't recognize his recipe by the time we get done with it. His version, best I can tell, has a quarter cup of cayenne per bowl. Yowee!

They call cilantro the poor man's chelation! Apparently, about 5 ounces a day for a week or two will remove heavy metals such as mercury and lead from the body (Selenium also binds with these and helps to remove).
