Looks like Novak is covering up for the Bushies. Why would he rport such a thing? Makes no sense. Will the cover-up work or are the Bushies BUSTED?

As soon as I read the word administration sources that have no name I laugh and wonder at who is fooling who. It would seem the only confidential source who has sworn an oath to secrecy is from the CIA.

OK, let us assume that Robert Novak's story on Drudge report is true. The sources called atleast 5 other Washington based journalists. Apparently this was signficant enough for NBC to not to go with the story on air.

So, Novak says he received the secret information face-to-face from two different administration officials. He then printed their leaked information. Sounds pretty open and shut. An un-named official at the WH is even quoted in the Post story saying 'two WH officials' called several reporters and revealed the agent's identity to them. Sounds like 'two WH officials' are going to be out of their jobs soon... and facing prosecution. Or else Bush's early claims about not tolerating leakers will have holes shot in them....
