as a SUNW shareholder, it's not the best news....the biggest gripe i have is the initial oversight. you've got to wonder how auditors missed it in the prior quarters. that aside, i don't think it's a reflection of what is occurring in tech companies in the here and now (or going forward, for that matter). will probably have an initial .50 or so reaction, but i think calmer minds will prevail.... hope you have it at $3 or less, which is where i was picking it up.
