The CIA would not be demanding a JD investigation of the White Housre unless something very seriously illegal had occurred. We dont know all the facts, but George Tenet would not ask for a investigation of Dick Cheney and friends for little or nor reason. This is serious business. Quit sticking up for people who are probably guilty as sin and deliberately committed a major crime. The WH has said anyone who leaked will be fired and prosecuted. What if it was Cheney's office? Does that mean he has to go? Serious indeed. But will the cover-up work or will the truth come out? We'll see.
