LOL, first off, you KNOW the cuts weren't just for the rich, at least you know I believe differently. By the above I take it you believe a boosted stock market isn't reflected in an attendant economy.

You, sir, are a deep-ender, and arousing laughter all around by saying a thing like that. Fact is, if we did the right thing and DID lower taxes on the rich - down to say 10% - and charged everyone else the same, THIS sort of grand lowering of taxes on the rich relative to the rates paid by the poor, most definitely would create jobs and stimulate the economy.
