You can't civilize the uncivilized. I think the urban enviroments in this country proves that point. Face it if they don't go with an Islamic Govt, the Govt won't last 2 years before there is a coup and possibly a civil war. If they start an Islamic Govt, then its probably back to abuses of old but this time it will be Shiites paying back Sunnis.
