Cheney's 330,000 shares and 200 K salary is a HUGE conflict of interest, especially when your administration is giving HAL a 7 billion no-bid contract when other companies were also qualified, like Schlumberger. 330,000 option is even better than 330,000 shares because he gets to buy them any time at a steep dicount, guaranteed profit. The charity excuse was only AFTER being caught.
