UW,
John M. is McGreedy's brother. Notice the last initial of his name. This will be the florio fiasco redux. Who will be the next Tom Kean or Christy Whitman. John M. must have hated them for putting the states house in order. Mike
PS Just joshing, John

UW, that's a big problem here in NJ....so much of the tax/public money is "just wasted." The Asbury Park Press is really going to town on corruption in NJ politics with their series, "Profiting from Public Service: How Many NJ Legislators Exploit the System." It's at:

app.com

It's really depressing, and it's not likely things will change. Too many people see these practices as "business as usual." For example, when I talked to people about state Sen. John Bennett, who was also the official counsel for the town of Marlboro, farming some work out to a lawyer who did it for $60/hour but billing the town his own rate of $150-$180/ hour for it, they didn't see anything wrong with that. Sigh.
