Depends on what you mean by "moving". The CIA sent an informal letter raising the issue to the Justice Dept. in late JULY after the Novak piece came out. Justice responded with (11, I believe) questions to the CIA.... The CIA answered those questions (yes, she works for us, yes, her identity is classified, yes, no one is supposed to know her identity, etc.) On the basis of the CIA's answers, and now formal request for investigation, Justice just announced that they are proceeding.
