the libs give credit to clinton for all the surplus on the fed level and all the blame to bush. Same should occur for whitman and mcgreedy. Fair is fair although little of it is true as clinton inherited the surplus in a sense and bush inherited a recession. And to be fair same for whitman and mcgreevy. mike

Nah, Whitman and the guy who took over, left the budget in shambles. Much of McGreevey's problems stem from trying to fix that. But much of his problems stem from his own dumb mistakes as well.
