Waco and Ruby Ridge and other Government abuses are all symptomatic of a too centralized and powerful Federal Govt at the expense of State Governments. Power should be more vested in the states because many times Federal law is not appliable to all the states because of differences in demographics. There are plenty of Federal Laws today that are based on problems in urban areas that thru Federal law are automatically applied to rural areas where those same problems are not applicable.
