The technical report is a material fact so it probably should be filed. On the other hand there is no reason why Miramar would not want it filed. 43-101 regs do not allow too much hold back anymore. Drill and ye shall report. Gone are the days when you could argue that it was not material change. Now material fact has to be reported, which includes but is not limited to the building of outhouses on the property, and the amount of poop deposited therein. (not to mention whether it was limed) EC<:-}
