T. Kennedy is very careful in HOW to raise taxes. He wants to focus on high income taxes and not on property taxes or capital gains taxes. In that way he can keep what he has and make somebody else who is not rich, who works a job, make all the tax payments.

Ah the accumulation of wealth. Seems to me our 2 wealthiest Americans got that way When taxes were higher and dems were in power. For that matter more Americans became millionaires under Clinton than during any other administration. OTOH under Bush an awful lot of fortunes have been devastated. BTW rich people aren't communists.
