not really....my opinion....your opinion....

but it did make it a lot easier to make the decision to go ahead with the New Iraq plan .......

and IMO....it's working well for USA.

Of course oil was a factor....the world economy runs on the stuff....not advisable to have a whacko like Saddam sitting on the second largest reserves and able to threaten availablity of the largest in SA.....
