There doesn't appear to be much effort by the media to expose the obvious lies They've got control and manipulation of the WH press corps down to a science. It will take a few to fall on their swords to break the logjam. I think it's happening, judging by recent conferences w. WH and DOJ. ASHCROFT just pissed off the press corps mightily a few minutes ago... he arrogantly walked off during a question about the CIA WH flap, leaving reporters muttering angrily
