I doubt everything you post sans link to a real source of information and what America did over a decade ago has not and is not creating terrorists today. What mr. bill did in his 8 years which included not capturing binnie was a major contributor to the vile success of the 9-11 attack. mr. bill and 9-11 is a rationale connection.
