That's not how they were purged....get serious... Bush was elected in '00 and will be re-elected in '04.

60,000 unpunched or doubly punched cards are not votes. Also I want to point out that Dems are the ones who originally devised the punch card ballot system used in that election. The Dems also have nobody to blame but themselves for picking up "voters" in buses and vans and driving them to poll in exchange for packs of cigarettes and finding out afterewards that they were illiterate and incapable of voting correctly. The quality of the "voters" was so low and the people so ignorant that they didn't even know who Al Gore was, but since the Dems provided them cigarettes, they were certainly going to vote for Gore and not Bush.
