If they conducted a thorough enough investigation, they could gather enough circumstantial evidence to pressure an underling to talk, much like the Martha Stewart investigation. Depends on how hard they want to look.

Thanks for the response. With so many contacts made by "the White House", someone should "sing", right?

I agree that most likely nothing will become of this. Just more hypocritical howling by the dems.
